STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

(Ava Hair)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Ava Hair (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”) through our official website.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Ava Hair and the customer (“you,” “client,” or “buyer”) regarding all sales made through our website.

Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by the client shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by Ava Hair.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version applicable to your order will be the version published on the website at the time the order is placed.

Continued use of our website following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTION

Ava Hair specializes in premium-quality hair extensions, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and related hair products (collectively referred to as “Products”).

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate at the time of publication.

Please note the following:

• All wigs and bundles are true to length and measured according to standard industry practice.

• Minor measurement tolerances (±1 inch) may occur due to handcrafted production and customization processes.

• All wigs are supplied with an adjustable elastic band and built-in security clips unless otherwise stated.

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen display settings.

• Texture appearance may vary slightly due to styling, customization, or natural hair processing methods.

All product images and videos displayed on our website and official platforms are authentic representations of Ava Hair products. We do not use stock imagery.

Minor variations as described above do not constitute defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Ava Hair reserves the right to update product specifications where necessary to maintain quality standards.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

An order is considered confirmed only after:

1. Full payment (or required deposit for custom orders) has been successfully received; and

2. An official order confirmation has been issued.

Ava Hair reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock

• A pricing, listing, or technical system error has occurred

• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected

• The customer has previously violated our policies

• Required deposit or balance payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe

If an order is cancelled by Ava Hair after payment has been successfully processed (excluding policy violations), a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For custom-made or pre-ordered units:

• A 70% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

• The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.

• Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation without refund of deposit.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices:

• Include only the cost of the product unless otherwise stated

• Do not automatically include shipping fees

• Do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (where applicable)

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

In the event of a pricing error due to technical malfunction, system failure, or human error, Ava Hair reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing Time:

• Ready-to-ship units: 2–5 business days

• Custom units: Processing time will be communicated prior to confirmation

Shipping timelines vary depending on courier service and destination country.

Once an order has been dispatched:

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer

• Ava Hair is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or force majeure events

• Ava Hair is not liable for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Ava Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds except under the following circumstances:

• The product received materially differs from the confirmed invoice

• The product was damaged during transit (with valid proof)

To submit a claim:

• You must notify Ava Hair within 48 hours of delivery

• You must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video

• The product must remain unused and in original packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

The following do NOT qualify as defects:

• Slight color variation due to lighting or screen settings

• Minor measurement tolerances

• Texture differences after styling

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Improper maintenance or third-party installation damage

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Custom-made, pre-ordered, or personalized units are non-refundable.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ava Hair shall not be held liable for:

• Improper installation

• Incorrect maintenance

• Allergic reactions

• Damage caused by third-party stylists

• Indirect or consequential losses

Customers are responsible for following recommended care and installation practices.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Ava Hair shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government actions

• Shipping disruptions

• Supplier delays

• Political instability

• Pandemics or public health emergencies

In such cases, delivery timelines may be reasonably extended.

9. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Ava Hair operates.
