Due to hygiene and health regulations, wigs, extensions, and hair products cannot be returned once opened, worn, or altered. Only unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are only accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Custom wigs, colored units, and sale items are noteligible for exchange.
